Welcome to the Braemoor Homeowners Association Website. Members of our community have joined together and volunteered their time to form the Homeowners Association with a view on keeping the neighbor-hood clean, beautiful, and safe, as well as maintaining the value of our homes. Board of Directors
Your Homeowners Association is in need of volunteers for the HOA Board as well as committees. Committees are listed on the Committees page. We are a volunteer-run HOA and need more volunteers if we are to keep up with all that needs to be managed in our neighborhood. If you have a concern or see an area that needs attention or improvement, please consider volunteering. Please contact us via e-mail with questions or concerns.
Many years ago, the decision was made not to hire a management company and to manage ourselves. This saves money and keeps association fees to a minimum, but also means a lot of work for those on the Board. We'd love to have you join our team in continuing to manage our neighborhood.
Any resident / homeowner interested in serving on the Board of Directors or any committee is asked to contact a board member directly, attend a monthly meeting, or email us.
