Governing Documents
The intent of the BHOA Covenants and Restrictions (C & R) is to keep our neighborhood clean, beautiful, and safe as well as maintaining the value of our homes.
C&R documents are based in part on the City of Goose Creeks municipal codes on general appearance and are located in Article III: Minimum Community Appearance Standards at the City of Goose Creek website.
