Community Information
Braemoor Community located within the City of Goose Creek, in Berkeley County, South Carolina. Established in 1989, the Braemoor Community is a small but beautiful neighborhood consisting of 131 homes and is a great place to live, work and play.
Braemoor is governed by Covenants and Restrictions in order to maintain a clean, beautiful and safe environment while maintaining the value of our homes.
Sanitation and Trash Collection
The City of Goose Creek provides sanitation service to each
residence once a week. Braemoor subdivision is scheduled for Tuesday pickup. For details on trash pickup guidelines see
City of Goose Creek Sanitation. As a reminder, our Covenants and Restrictions state that trash, debris, etc., should only be put on the road the day before pickup and trash cans must be stored out of sight from the road or other neighbors by the end of the day after pickup.
Report Appearance Code Complaint
City of Goose Creek Code Enforcement Officers investigate
violations of the
City Appearance and Sanitation Code, and work with homeowners to correct these violations. If you would like to report a possible code violation, please call 843-824-2200 or complete the online
web report form form. Please note that we [the City of GC] do not accept anonymous complaints. You must give your name and contact information so that we can reach you about your concerns. This information, however, will
not be shared with anyone outside City Government.
Crime / Home Watch
The Goose Creek Police Department offers a variety of crime prevention services to include, but not limited to,
Neighborhood Crime Watch, Business Crime Watch, and the Citizen Check-In senior adult welfare check program. There are four City-wide Crime Prevention meetings a year. Check the Goose Creek Gazette or the COGC
Crime Prevention Website for scheduled dates and times.

You can have your home watched by the Goose Creek Police Department while you are away. Simply fill out the
request form.
